Therefore, the decision to hire any contractor is made solely by the property owner and/or its representatives. G.E.M. Inc. makes no representations, warranties (express or implied), or guarantees about the performance of services provided by installers or other merchants listed on this site and will not be a party to any agreement made between the property owner and the contractor.
